Baggage
Domestic
United: Please check the Baggage Information Display Screen (BIDS), located near carousel 3, to determine which carousel your baggage will arrive on. Additionally, each carousel has a screen above showing which flight’s baggage will arrive at that particular carousel.
International
International baggage arrives in the Federal Inspection Services area (FIS) in Terminal E’s International Arrivals Hall. Arriving international passengers will first proceed through Immigration, and then collect checked baggage and proceed through Customs.
There are 12 baggage carousels in FIS. Even-numbered carousels (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12) are dedicated to United. All other carriers’ baggage will arrive on odd-numbered carousels (1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11). Each has a screen above showing which flight’s baggage will arrive at that particular carousel.
